Custom Software & Complex Integrations
Custom software development. Complicated integrations, new applications, legacy systems modernized, or a stalled project finished.
You know what needs to be built
Nothing off the shelf fits how your business actually works.
You've been told it can't be connected
By a vendor, or by your own team. I can help.
An old system needs to move forward
Off a platform nobody supports, or off the desktop and onto the web.
Someone else's half-finished project
The developer who started it left. I can pick it up.
Data that won't move on its own
No connector, no usable export, and nobody could automate it.
AI built it and now it has to hold up
It demos fine. Making it something your team can maintain is a different job.
No minimum. Bring me one connection or one small tool.
Scoping is free, so you will know the number before you owe anything.
Custom software and integrations, from a one-day tool to a company-wide data layer.
- A small tool that kills a weekly chore
- A folder of CSV exports nobody can answer a question from. I turn it into one report that runs in seconds.
- An app your team works in every day
- Paper on a clipboard, a shared spreadsheet, or a process that only lives in one person's head. I build the application that replaces it, with screens, logins, and a record of who did what.
- The missing half of an integration you already bought
- The off-the-shelf connector runs, but it doesn't carry the fields you need or post the custom GL entries your accounting team ends up keying by hand. I build that part.
- A way in when there's no clean way in
- No API, no usable export, no connector. I go at the database directly, take an SFTP file drop, or drive the vendor's own screens the way a person would.
- One place your numbers agree
- Your ERP, your accounting system, and your storefront feeding one warehouse. I build that, with a single definition of margin or on-time that every dashboard reads from. See what one looks like →
- AI answering questions from your data
- Someone asks in plain English and gets an answer out of your own numbers. I wire the model into the warehouse where those definitions already live.
- AI in how I build it
- Most of my development runs through tools like Claude Code and Codex now. That is part of why a first working version arrives as fast as it does.

Get it working As agreed
A new build, a new connection, or somebody else's code picked up and finished. You pay upfront for that block of hours, and it can be as small as one.

Hand it off Yours to keep
Documented, running, and on your accounts.
I build in short rounds, and each one ends with working software in your hands.
Find the fastest real path to something useful, running on your own data.
Build exactly that.
Confirm it actually solves what you needed solved.
If it does, it ships. If it doesn't, I go around again.
Done means it does the job you needed done. I document and check as I build, so it works the day I hand it over.
A tool written in a day, still in weekly use ten years later. A five-to-ten minute wait cut to zero. A mis-shipment rate under 1%.
You own everything I build for you.
- The code is yours.
- Documented so someone else can read and maintain it.
- Nothing of mine sitting in the middle that you keep paying for.
- Built to keep working for years.

When you don't need custom software
- If two systems already have a supported connector between them, that is usually the cheapest path and you may not need me for it.
- If your data lives in too many places and you need one source of truth, that's a warehouse conversation. Data Warehouse
- If it all lives in one system and you just need better reports out of it, you don't need custom software. Data and Reporting
